As two people who enjoy cooking, my mother and I decided to sign up for a cooking class together for Mother's Day at a local store called Well Seasoned. What better way to enjoy some mother-son time than cooking together. We signed up for a hands on Mother's Day cooking class with chef Sue Weibe where she taught us to make a delicious tomato soup, duck confit salad and mango tart. While I've done a cooking class at Well Seasoned before, this was my first "hands-on" class. It was an enjoyable experience, we learned lots and the food was very tasty! I'm looking forward to trying another class sometime soon.
